We had a great experience with the company and driver who picked us up. My husband left his phone in the shuttle and the driver brought it back 30 mins later, after the phone was found.

Thank you!

Tandeep took us for a wonderful tour of Vancouver while we had a layover day between our cruise and flights. He was such a fantastic guide and took us to all of the hot spots around the city. The SUV was extremely well kept and clean. Thank you, Tandeep, for an amazing day!!!
Update: We used the same service for a second day and Samar took us to to Grouse Mountain to do all the things! Again, the service was exceptional- he was a great tour guide and made some wonderful recommendations for things we could do on our last day in Vancouver. We also ended up booking him to take us to the airport. If you are looking for personalized service and a driver that will cater to your needs, this is the company for you! Worth every penny!

We highly recommend the service from Grand Limo. The driver was very friendly and changing the pickup time was also no problem at all. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much."

The pick up was easy. My plane departed 40 minutes late but before we were on board the office texted our driver's mobile. I sent off a text giving him the update so he would be aware. This eliminated my stress and was very helpful.

Due to traffic and our plane making up the 40 minutes, he wasn't at the pick up immediately but he texted, sent a screenshot of his location in traffic, and suggested we wait inside for the time it would take to get to us. We didn't bother and he showed up fairly quickly.

Traffic was considerably backed up in both directions from the airport. His delay was absolutely not his fault and the clear communication was appreciated.

During the drive he was professional and friendly. The drive felt very safe even though traffic was heavy and it was raining.

Highly recommend

Tandeep was our driver from Vancouver International Airport, and he made our arrival stress-free. He was professional, kind, and patient while helping us with all our luggage. The ride was smooth, the car spotless, and his manner so courteous. It’s rare to meet someone who makes travel this easy — highly recommend requesting Tandeep for anyone arriving in Vancouver.

The service was fantastic. The driver communicated well before the pick up time. Told us where to go to be picked up and who to check in with at the terminal. Arrived right on time. He was very pleasant, got all our luggage loaded , drive was very smooth. He dropped us off right at the airport door. We highly recommend them and will definitely us them again

We highly recommend Tandeep. He was very patient with us, as our cruise departure time changed twice. His response time returing our calls was excellent. He was able to adjust our pick-up time. He also has a pass that enabled him to meet us at the limo area of the cruise terminal.

We had an amazing visit to Vancouver for our Disney Cruise to Alaska! The car service was perfect for our family of 5, including car seat and space for so many pieces of luggage! From the airport to Pan Pacific AND available at the port upon return with a bonus option to tour Vancouver before our late flight back! This was the best choice we could have made! Thank you!
