Exceptional service! Great communication before the trip and through pickup! Limo was impeccably clean and a smooth, enjoyable ride. Driver was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! We look forward to our next trip using Grand Limo Canada!

We had a great time experiencing Vancouver with Tandeep! He picked us up at the cruise port, showed us around Vancouver for the day, and dropped us off at our hotel when we finished. He was also very helpful accommodating my parents in their 70s and answering all of my 9 year olds questions.

We arranged for a car service to go from the cruise terminal to the airport, and we had a great experience with Tandeep. He was friendly, professional and helpful. More importantly, he was prompt and responsive in his communication and that helped us a great deal as hundreds of passengers were getting off the cruise and I was worried about the pick up, especially as I was traveling with two young children.

Highly recommended. And I would definitely use his limo service again if I am back in Vancouver.

Great experience!!! Our plane was delayed several times and so we wound up arriving after midnight and were so thankful we had booked cars for my family of six and all of our luggage. We had two SUVS and our drivers were wonderful, cars were great— couldn’t recommend it more. Worth every penny since we were all exhausted after a long day of travel!

We were in communication with our limo as soon as we disembarked! Harpal showed up quickly probably less than ten minutes. We received help with our luggage and rode in a beautiful suburban with all the amenities! The driver was very safe and quick in getting us from the ship dock to Element Hotel in Burnaby. We had paid online so we tipped and said thank you for the great service!
