Our driver was on time, communicated pickup and location to meet clearly. He was able to get us directly from the Vancouver Airport to the ship dock on time and to our cruise depart/check-in.  The vehicle was clean and new! Easily accommodated my group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens) with luggage and carry-on bags.  He helped with our luggage as well.
